We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Please ensure that the return package is properly sealed and tracked to avoid any issues. Eoneswimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Eoneswimwear.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at service@eoneswimwear.com with photos of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a return label at no charge for the return of the defective product, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
